The single board applied top is spectacular 36" by 20" top, one single piece of 3/4 thick mahogany. Nicely figured grain on the top board. Solid Mahogany, poplar drawer linings, cedar drawer bottoms, pine/yellow pine case elements on the interior of the case.

Rosehead hand wrought nails throughout. This Chest is a very eye appealing chest, and structurally is a tank. Heavy, and very well built, and ready for service for the next 300 years!
