MAITLAND SMITH Inlaid Flame Mahogany Regency Demilune Commode Chest

A Regency style demilune commode chest by Maitland Smith. Mahogany with distinctive brass hardware, banded inlaid flame mahogany top, banded drawer fronts, inlaid door panels, tapered straight legs, and spade feet. Features eight various size drawers flanked by two lockable side cabinets. Hand made in the Philippines, in the late 20th Century. Measures: 44w 23d 34.25h.

Outstanding condition with signs of very light previous use. Drawers, doors, and locks function properly. Shelves to side cabinets are not present, with shelf screw pegs being present.
