In structurally sound and sturdy condition with no notable damage to marble top. There is a small spot of wear to finish on the top front just under the marble which is not visible with marble in place as shown in pic 5, and cracks in the wood on both sides as shown in pics 6 & 7.

These cracks are common on these older pieces and occur as the wood dries out. They do not effect the structural integrity of the piece. This listing and price are for the chest in the first 7 photos only.
