Councill Craftsman Chippendale Mahogany 8 Drawer Chest on Chest; Mint. Striking Chippendale style eight-drawer chest-on-chest by high-end maker Councill Craftsman.

Made of mahogany solids and veneers, with the drawers having secondary wood of solid oak. The top has a beautifully grained mahogany. The drawer fronts have the same type of veneer. The piece is set on curved bracket feet. Gloss finish which is in near-mint to mint original condition.

The top, sides and fronts are all near mint to mint, just a few tiny dings at the base, likely from a vacuum cleaner, but these have been touched up (too small to photograph). All the edges are sharp and clean. The drawers are immaculate, and show little to no signs of use. They all slide smoothly and evenly.

Two of the handles have wear to the finish. Measures 38" wide, 20" deep and 63 tall.
