In structurally sound and sturdy condition. There are 2 small spots of wear to finish under the rim of the marble on the right side, on the front of 1 leg, and on the back rear corner on the right side as shown in pics 8-11. There is a repair to the marble which is visible upon very close inspection and as shown in 12th pic. The lighter spots in the photos are from sunlight glare.
