This is a superb antique. Cabinet which is complete with all it's contents which is extremely rare to find.

The mahogany cabinet is complete with it's lock. When unlocked the lid lift. Then to the left side at the front of the box there is a button which when press allow the front to be.

Is a fitted tray which can be lifted out, this. And two glass pots with copper lids. There is also some sort of spoon / scope.

Tray is flanked by two. With glass stopped to each side.

Then in front of the tray there are 8 further bottles with glass lids, The top has a nice flush carrying handle and there is a pretty shaped key hole. Glass Mortar and Pestle, One.

Two glass pots, 14 Glass bottles with glass stoppers. This apothecary is a rare find being complete with all it's original bottles in a fitted case. The approximate dimensions are: - 10 3/4 inches (27 cm) wide. 6 inches (15 cm) deep. 5 3/4 inches (15 cm) high. As can be seen from the above dimensions this chest of drawers is of lovely petite proportions.

From the photographs you can see that this is a lovely cabinet and the condition of the piece is very good, just minor knocks and marks commensurate with age and careful use. With regards to the bottles there is some marks no doubt from the contains they originally contained also out of the 14 glass stopper bottles 5 of the stoppers appear to be stuck however I have made no attempt to force these lids.
