Antique Inlaid Mahogany Apothecary Chest Cabinet Complete with Bottles Etc. Here we have a wonderful antique Victorian mahogany apothecary box of rectangular form, the top opening to reveal a fitted interior with thirteen various non-matching bottles and an unusual rounded bottom bottle. Together with one volume "Cox's Companion to the Family Medicine Chest", a stopper which is a dropper, a bovine spoon and a "Cooper & Co Pharmaceutical Chemists" leather label. DIMENSIONS: The approximate MAXIMUM dimensions are: 10 1/4 inches / 26 cm wide x 6 1/4 inches / 16 cm deep x 5 1/4 inches / 13 cm high. CONDITION: The chest is in lovely condition as can be seen from the photographs but there are signs of surface scratching, wear and tear commensurate with age and use. Interior contains various bottles non-matching. The "Cox's Companion" book is stuck together as it may have got damp and "Cooper & Co Pharmaceutical Chemists" leather label loose again please view photograophs.
