Antique English Wine Chest Cellarette

This Footed Wine Chest Or Cellarette came from a neighbor here in Texas about 20 years ago. It is a beautiful and unique Chest. The chest measures about 26 1/2 inches wide, about 18 3/4 inches deep and 20 inches tall. The chest is in good antique condition, some bumps and bruises, just a bit of molding missing as shown.

Somewhere in its history the henge to the lid was replaced and some time the latch/lock was replaced. It does not have a metal liner (if it ever had one).

The chest is very nice, very attractive with a great looking surface and ready for your shop or your home. It features outstanding claw or paw feet.
