Antique 1880 Georgian Mahogany Block Front Chest Carved Shells #43046. A traditional Georgian or Chippendale design block front dresser or linen chest has deeply carved claw and ball feet and classic shell motifs. American antique 1880's furniture, often called Colonial Revival. Solid ribbon grain mahogany with original brass hardware. Drawers have solid oak sides with hand cut dovetail joints. The restored finish is in excellent condition preserving dings, mars, and shrinkage separations for antique character. Keys & locks in working condition. Size is 50" wide, 23" deep and 33 tall.
