1940s Maddox Mahogany Chippendale Block Front 4 Drawer Chest Refinished

The chest is structurally sound and in remarkable condition. It has been refinished at some recent point in a very nice brown Mahogany that really shows of the cases features and the brown color goes very well with modern colors and decor. It is solid wood with 4 dovetailed drawers that glide smoothly. There are no chips, cracks, splits, odors, deep scratches, or repairs. It has a nice contemporary satin finish. It is very clean inside and out. Item offered is a very nice solid wood Maddox Mahogany Chippendale Style Ball and Claw Footed 4 Drawer Chest with Brass Pulls. It has 4 locking dovetailed drawers (no key), nice big ball and claw feet, and has been refinished in a very nice brown Mahogany.

It is a perfect size chest to use as an accent chest in several rooms and the brown satin finish will blend nicely with modern colors. The chest is in wonderful condition and has a very nice stripped Mahogany wood grain. A nice update to a typically very dark red Mahogany chest.
